Alcove Cozy!

I love combining business with pleasure!

The other morning I was able to meet my friend and prop stylist extrodinaire Susan R. at The Alcove in Los Feliz. This is a coffee shop i have always loved but the long lines and major crowds have kept me away for quite a while. But, on a weekday morning at 9am this place couldn’t have been more perfect! And neither could my friend Susan who arrived promptly riding her pink beach cruiser in the name of being Green! I think she fits in perfectly with the neighborhood of Los Feliz, she is pure style!

And speaking of style, the cakes at Alcove are enough to put major visions of Sugar Plum Fairies dancing into our heads, just take a look at these!!!

But we were able to put sugar aside as we were there to discuss business as Susan would be prop shopping for a couple of days for an upandcoming Christmas catalog (can you imagine thinking of Christmas already?) Actually now that I think about it, this would be a great place to do a little gourmet Christmas shopping but, lets not get too ahead of ourselves!
