Book Club: Hemingway's Garden of Eden
We finally did it! And yes, those are all dinner napkins we are wearing carefully and individually styled! After months of not being able to coordinate our book club meeting (holidays, travel, work) 4 of the 7 of us got together at Brandy’s to finally discuss Hemingway’s only unfinished book Garden of Eden. Brandy you are a super hostess, the food was gorgeous and did we really drink that much Spanish wine on a school night? The answer is a big yes, and the discussion was lively as this is quite an interesting book especially in terms of relationships! William and Henry added diversion as well as Brandy’s great roomie Shawna and her little doggie. I’m not sure who was barking or howling more, us or them!
