Cape Cod Cozy

My friend Susan Robohm recomeneded a blog called The Blue Hour by a guy named Brian Ferry (no joke!) – a combo of photography, food, travel – all good and all COZY!!!

The picture of this lobster roll just breaks my heart! I wanna go to the East Coast for Summer! Enough of this Southern Cal ruckus!!! The heat, the traffic – ok, ok, I’ll stop complaining and just find a solution…

I am obsessed with lakes and this looks so cool! A little boat ride around the lake then home for that lobster roll, some corn on the cob, cole slaw and a cold beer. Can’t forget good friends – now that’s summer!

    I have very fond memories of a week spent in Maine during the summer, visiting lobster pounds, ordering your lobster from some little old lady and eating them at picnic tables, eating lobster rolls, drinking bloody mary’s from mason jars. After a while though we were looking for a big steak!
