Because it’s Monday and we all need a little laugh to start the week off right!
Also, NEVER underestimate animals of any kind. This picture says it all.
And if you really believe that, like I do, then every day click on the ANIMAL RESCUE SITE to give free food to needy animals (and lots of other good stuff too for Rainforests, Childrens Health, Veterans, Breast Cancer etc etc.). This is easy, do it daily – PLEASE!!!!!!

Lily the puppy at 10 weeks old seems to know how to get cozy by just snuggling right up to her daddy where a couple years later and all grown up she now just opts for a blanket! Either way, Lily is one cozy Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue (try saying that 3x!)! They knew Lily was gonna grow up big, just look at those mitts on her! Thanks Mary and Josh for sharing!

This beautiful beautiful kitty named Misty needs a home! It’s owner decided it just didn’t want her anymore – who makes that kind of decision? Unfortunately more people than you think…Misty is currently at the Valley Vet Spay/Neuter Clinic awaiting adoption. About 5 years old, female and declawed she does best as the only cat in the house. Do you know anyone who she would be the perfect companion for? Common, who could resist!

As I mentioned in a previous post, every day I go to the Animal Rescue website and click on the button to donate free food and care to animals who need it. How easy is that! and I do this every day. I also click on the other tabs for literacy, breast cancer, hunger etc. This quote was on the Child Health tab. Go to the site, bookmark it, click daily and you’ll also see words of wisdom, which I find inspiring and heartening, like above.

Isn’t this a riot! And what a great frickin idea and WHERE can I get one???? Or would I just rather continue lugging around two tons of fun Alessandro?!!! I think NOT!!! This transportation alternative caused quite a sensation the other morning when I took Al to get a check up on his ear surgery.

As seen the other morning at the North Figueroa Animal Hospital in Highland Park, Ca.

BTW, this is a great father/son vet team. They have huge hearts, do a great job and are a total asset to the community/hood!
I finally found a great vet and am so happy!

To mourn Parker Jolie Pitt who died suddenly last Sunday June 14th. We at Weldon are all in mourning and will miss that little guy like crazy.

Parker would want his BFF Chloe to keep up his blog www.Parker the Cat@wordpress.com and represent all rescue kitties so please check in with what’s on Chloe’s very active mind.
