Cozy Fondue Night
Since it was so chilly and rainy last night, we decided to have a Swiss Cheese Fondue last night. The spanking new stainless fondue set was an early Christmas gift from Elizabeth and Ryan (a big thank you again, guys!), so the time to test it couldn’t be better. I liked all the little side dishes we had, like broccoli and baby corn (I know, a ‘tweaked version’ of the original recipe) – but my favorites definitely were the little white potatoes covered in creamy cheese. In addition, we indulged ourselves with this delicious cherry brandy from France. Yumm – was that delicious! We’ll have to do it soon again!
