Cozy Frosty Leaves
We took a good hike at Discovery Park last weekend. I will take anybody who comes to visit here, it is so pretty and you get such a variety of scenery. Forest, pine trees, ferns, the lake, driftwood and even a lighthouse – and it is about 15 mins max from our house! Many things caught my eye but I couldn’t resist the beauty of these frosty leaves.
They looked as if they were dusted in sugar – the perfect icy combo of Autumn and Winter! And somehow these pictures almost look as if they were black and white which is pretty cool. Clearly it is Winter here in the Northwest and snowflakes the size of quarters fell on Monday morning but they quickly melted away.
