Leaf me alone!
One more homage to Fall before it completely disappears because I love this picture of Marc’s brother Urs and I on Orcas Island at Turtleback Farm.
A morning walk down the winding path into the forest led us to some trees with king sized leaves!
On the website of Turtleback Farm they have some pictures of the island covered in the snow which I thought looked incredible. As Turtleback is further north towards Canada I’m guessing the recent snowfall blanketed the valley and hills in snow covering all these beautiful giant leaves.
So glad we got to see them before they disappeared!
And now on to winter…..
