Once a week Cozy: Trader Joe's Pizza!

I know not everyone is able to shop at Trader Joe’s and hopefully one day soon that will change. Don’t know what we would do without that shop. Somehow with our busy schedules Marc and I still manage to eat really well during the week but there’s always one night where we just can’t be bothered and thats when we are sooooo happy to open our freezer and find one of these!

Bottle of wine, easy salad and our dinner TV double: MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann and Jon Stewart The Daily Show. Our idea of the cozy TV dinner!

My favorite TV dinner when I was a kid was meatloaf but only because of the desert which was either a brownie or a blueberry muffin.

Gross, huh? What was your favorite?

    Mine was the Salisbury Steak….. it had the most deliciously moist blueberry muffin!

    you have outdone yourself. that was moltissimo delizioso! i still wish you didn’t have to work so hard! it’s difficult giving dinner parties solo.
    p.s. we didn’t eat tv dinners. hippies don’t i guess.
